RC Strasbourg midfielder Andrey Santos (20) has been the victim of a robbery as his flat was broken into during Les Alsaciens‘ home league 2-1 win against Lille. Le Parisien understands that robbers have stolen €500.000 worth of belongings. On Saturday, Liam Rosenior’s Strasbourg side hosted Bruno Genesio’s Les Dogues at Stade de la Meinau for Ligue 1’s matchweek 20. The hosts were 1-0 down when Santos restored parity with a great volley. A couple of minutes later, in-form RCSA centre-forward Emanuel Emegha gave Strasbourg the lead and, eventually, the win.
Unfortunately, Santos’ flat was broken into during Strasbourg’s 2-1 league win. His front door has been forced open by robbers, who then stole the equivalent of €500.000 worth of jewels and valuable belongings. The 20-year-old Chelsea loanee posted and then deleted an Instagram story with the following message, written in French and English: “People from Strasbourg, I’ve always respected everyone, they were cowardly while I was playing today! Whoever stole my house has 24 hours to return everything.”
