Massimiliano Allegri’s discussed his client’s links with Roma prior to his recent appointment as Milan’s manager.

Giovanni Branchini, Allegri’s agent, spoke to Radio Anch’io Sport about Roma’s rumored interest in him.

“Roma did not contact us now, there was no offer from them at this stage,” he said.

“There was an attempt to contact us many months ago, but we considered it very unlikely to be credible. There have been no developments and there hasn’t even been contact with the Giallorossi.”
