Al Ahly SC're reportedly on the verge of finalizing the transfer of winger Ahmed Abdelkader to Saudi club Al Hazem.

Return from Loan and Saudi Interest

Abdelkader recently returned to Al Ahly following loan stint with Qatar SC where he scored 6 goal and provided 1 assist in 17 appearances across all competitions.

Though briefly linked with controversial switch to rivals Zamalek, the 24 year old now seems set for move abroad once again , this time to the Saudi Pro League.

An internal source told Egyptian outlet Yalla Kora that Al Hazem tabled an offer worth 1.1 million dollar for the Egyptian winger.

Medical Set and Deal Imminent

Abdelkader's expected to fly to Saudi Arabia shortly to complete his medical examinations as both clubs work to finalize the paperwork.

The deal's expected to be concluded within hours marking another key summer exit for the reigning Egyptian champions.
