The wait is over! Luka Modric, the living legend of Real Madrid, is set to sign for AC Milan right after the Club World Cup.

In his very first press conference since returning to the AC Milan bench on Monday, Massimiliano Allegri confirmed the imminent arrival of Luka Modric. The 2018 Ballon d'Or winner will join the Rossoneri once the Club World Cup wraps up.
"We are waiting for him to arrive, he is at the Club World Cup and will join us in August," explained the Italian manager.
Luka Modric, still competing with Real Madrid in the Club World Cup, where Los Blancos will face PSG in the semi-finals on Wednesday, will leave the club after thirteen years with the Spanish giants at the end of the tournament.
A one-year contract, with an option to extend until 2027, awaits him in Milan.
