The Senegalese forward is being courted in France, Germany and England.
Abdallah Sima
Abdallah Sima is catching the eye of Europe's biggest clubs. The Senegalese striker, under contract with Brighton until 2026, has become a hot commodity following his outstanding performances on loan at Brest this season.
The 24-year-old made a real impression with his consistent attacking displays last season. His 2024/25 campaign at Stade Brestois was convincing: twelve (12) goals in 40 matches across all competitions. His appearances in the UEFA Champions League (9 matches, 3 goals) have particularly boosted his transfer market value. With just one year left on his deal with Brighton, Abdallah Sima could leave the Seagulls for an affordable fee, allowing the English club to cash in before his contract expires.
According to multiple sources, VfL Wolfsburg and FC Augsburg in Germany have expressed their desire to sign the Senegalese attacker. In France, RC Lens and two other Ligue 1 clubs are also in the running to land Abdallah Sima. Across the Channel, Premier League side Brentford are in the race, too. Not to mention several English EFL Championship clubs, including Southampton and Ipswich Town, who are closely monitoring the situation.
