6 Barcelona,1 Real Madrid: Spain name squad to face France in Nations League

The latest Spanish national team squad has on Monday been officially unveiled online.
And it features players from a number of La Liga’s leading clubs.
Spain are primed to mark their return to competitive action early next month, in a highly-anticipated Nations League semi-final showdown with Didier Deschamps’ France.
Luis de la Fuente, in turn, had spent recent weeks keeping a close eye on all of the options at his disposal, ahead of deciding on a final squad of players.
And as alluded to above, on Monday, as much has been announced.
It should come as little surprise to hear of recently-crowned La Liga champions Barcelona leading the way with six inclusions, in the form of all of Pau Cubarsí, Gavi, Pedri, Fermín López, Dani Olmo and Lamine Yamal.
Arch rivals Real Madrid, on the other hand, see just one player selected, namely summer signing Dean Huijsen.
Elsewhere, the likes of David Raya, Pedro Porro, Isco and Nico Williams are included, too, for a La Roja squad showcased in its entirety below:
