Speaking before Croatia’s key World Cup Group F meeting with Canada tomorrow, Croatian coach Zlatko Dalić remained coy on who he might pick in attack as Croatia search for a long-term successor to Mario Mandžukić after a frustrating opening goalless draw with Morocco earlier this week. Dalić said:
“Don’t make me say who will be the attacker. We have four, each with their own style and way of playing. I hope we will choose the best one. We will also see how Canada will play. Four years ago we had Mandžukić who had aggression, determination, agility, now the profiles are different and it is up to me to choose the best option.”
