Zlatan Ibrahimović set to leave Milan at the end of the season

Milan veteran Zlatan Ibrahimović is now set to leave the Rossoneri at the end of the current season.

Milan play Verona in their last game of the campaign at the weekend and while Zlatan Ibrahimović wanted to play that game, he is unlikely to be fit.

La Gazzetta dello Sport now state that Zlatan has not recovered from his injury and he will certainly not feature against the Gialloblu but he has now played his last game for the Rossoneri. He will leave Milan in the summer and he will not be signing a new deal with the club.

He is likely to be present in the stands for the game and he will bid goodbye to Milan fans. He wants to keep playing football and he wishes to play for Sweden at Euro 2024 and he remains rather convinced that despite not being called up to the latest squad, he can make it to the squad for the tournament.
