Zlatan Ibrahimović is a Milan player again.
The Swede has returned to San Siro seven years on from leaving the club.
After spells at Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United, Ibrahimović spent over 18 months in MLS with LA Galaxy.
Upon the expiry of his contract he announced he would leave the club.
Now the 38-year-old is back in Europe and looking to help restore Milan’s reputation as one of the world’s biggest clubs.
It has been confirmed that the veteran goalscorer will play for the Rossoneri on an initial six month contract but has the option for a further year.
“I am returning to a club that I respect enormously and to a city that I love,” he told the club’s official website.
“I will fight with my teammates to change the course of this season and I will do everything to achieve our goals.”
