Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has dropped a huge hint as to what his starting line-up will be against Manchester City.
They travel to the Etihad on August 7 looking to overturn a 2-1 first leg deficit in their Champions League round of 16 tie.
Confidence will be high that they can do just that, having performed perfectly since LaLiga’s resumption to snatch the title.
And it seems that a 4-3-3 system will be Zidane’s weapon of choice as he looks to mastermind a way past Pep Guardiola.
During training on Saturday, the squad were split into two teams of 11 and took part in a bounce game.
The first team, which looks to be the one that will be used next week, wore Real’s new home kits which were unveiled on Friday, with the ‘reserves’ lining out in the pink away effort.
Thibaut Courtois was the goalkeeper for that side, behind a defence made up of Dani Carvajal, Nacho, Raphaël Varane and Marcelo.
Sergio Ramos is suspended for the contest and will have to watch his midfield of Casemiro, Toni Kroos and Luka Modrić from the sideline.
In attack, Karim Benzema is expected to be flanked by Marco Asensio and Eden Hazard.
President Florentino Pérez was also present at Valdebebas to wish the players luck ahead of their trip to England.
