Zinedine Zidane has returned to Real Madrid, the club have confirmed on Monday.
The Frenchman has signed a contract until the end of the 2021/22 season as Santiago Solari leaves his role as head coach.

The sensational comeback comes under 10 months since Zidane left his role as Madrid manager.
A legendary midfielder with the club, Zidane took charge of Madrid in January 2016. He won three consecutive Champions Leagues, plus a LaLiga title, during his two-and-a-half year stint in charge.
Things have since gone downhill for Madrid, who have were knocked out of this season’s Champions League by Ajax last week.
The Spanish giants are currently third in LaLiga, 12 points behind league leaders Barcelona.
