Zaccardo: “I Hope That AC Milan & Inter Can Return To The Top Of The World”

Former AC Milan and Italian World Cup winning defender Cristian Zaccardo has shared his hopes for what the proposed new stadium could mean for both the Rossoneri and Inter.

“We must always think about improving, even if there is a bit of sorrow for San Siro. It is a prestigious stadium for everyone, but this choice must be made. I hope that with the new stadium, AC Milan and Inter can return to the top of the world,” he said in an interview with Milannews.it following the presentation which took place earlier on today.

He was then asked which of the two projects he prefers.

“My favourite project? The Manica project edges it for me, 51 to 49%.”
