Zaccagni replaced by Pedro in Supercoppa warm-up | OneFootball

Lazio were forced into a change during the warm-up for the Supercoppa Italiana semi-final against Inter, as Pedro stepped in for Mattia Zaccagni.

It kicks off at the Al-Awwal Park Stadium in Riyadh at 19.00 GMT.

Maurizio Sarri had originally chosen Zaccagni to complete the trident with Ciro Immobile and Felipe Anderson.

However, Zaccagni pulled out during the warm-up with what is reportedly a recurring issue with a bruised foot that he has been struggling with for several weeks.

Instead, veteran Pedro steps in to the starting XI, while Taty Castellanos and Patric are not 100 per cent fit.

There had been major doubts around Nicoló Rovella too after he suffered a knock in training yesterday and did not complete the session.

However, the midfielder is in the starting line-up, sending Luis Alberto and Danilo Cataldi to the bench.
