There was plenty of Europa League action to enjoy this Thursday from the penultimate matchday in the group stage.
Hereās what went down ā¦
Scorers:Ā Lacazette 10ā², MarĆ 18, Nketiah 44ā², Smith-Rowe 66ā²; Kitagawa 47ā²
Arsenal have been confirmed as Group B winners following a comprehensive victory over Rapid Wien.
Roared on by a 2,000-strong Emirates Stadium crowd, Arsenal made a bright start to this game and went in front when Alexandre Lacazette lashed home a stunning opening goal from distance.
It was soon 2-0 courtesy of Pablo MarĆ, making his first appearance since June.
Eddie Nketiah made it 3-0 on the stroke of half-time but Koya Kitagawa reduced the deficit to 3-1 early in the second half when he scored following a goalkeeping error from Arsenalās RĆŗnar Alex RĆŗnarsson.
Gunners substitute Emile Smith-Rowe then made it 4-1 with 66 minutes on the clock when he tapped in following a nice pull-back from Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
Scorers:Ā Goldson 39ā², Tavernier 45+1ā², Arfield 63ā²; Lestienne 6ā², Äop 40ā²
Rangers have booked their spot in the last 32 following an incredible night at Ibrox.
Visitors Standard LiĆØge raced into an early lead through Maxime Lestienne but Connor Goldson equalised from a corner in the 39th minute.
Steven Gerrardās side were level for under two minutes, however, when Duje Äop put Standard back in front and took a nasty whack off the post for his trouble.
But the frantic first half wasnāt done there and James Tavernier equalised from the penalty spot for Rangers following a handball from Lestienne.
The hosts then went in front with half an hour to go when Ryan Kent pulled back for Scott Arfield to score his third European goal of the season.
That result means Standard are out, and Rangers will have the chance to finish top of Group D when they travel to face Lech Poznan next week.
Scorers:Ā Michorl 42ā², Eggestein 84ā², Karamoko 90+3; Bale pen 45ā², Son 56ā², Alli pen 86ā²
A shocking performance from Joe Hart cost Tottenham a win at LASK in their final game prior to Sundayās north London derby.
Peter Michorl did fire the hosts ahead shortly before the break when his rather tame effort from range squirmed past Hart, who didnāt cover himself glory in getting down to it.
Gareth Bale came up with an instant response from the penalty spot and then Son Heung-min raced through to calmly finish to put his side into the driverās seat.
But Werder Bremen loanee Johannes Eggestein levelled late with a low, central strike which Hart got a weak hand to and could only steer into the net, only for substitute Dele Alli to come off the bench and net a cheeky Panenka penalty.
Incredibly, there was still time for Hart to concede another, being beaten deep into injury time with a curling effort from the edge of the area ā although the point is still enough for Spurs to advance.
Scorers:Ā Calhanoglu 24; Castillejo 26ā² Hauge 50ā², DĆaz 81ā²; Rogic 7, Ćdouard 14ā²
Celticās wait for a win goes on after they squandered a 2-0 lead to lose at San Siro.
Tom Rogic capitalised on an early error to curl the visitors in front wonderfully and Odsonne Ćdouard then chipped in coolly to make it a dream start for the Scottish champions.
But their lack of confidence quickly resurfaced after Hakan ĆalhanoÄlu bent a free-kick past a stagnant Vasilis Barkas, with Samu Castillejo levelling moments later after a defensive lapse.
Jens Petter Hauge then completed the comeback shortly after half-time when he weaved his way through a crowd of green jerseys before picking out the corner and he did similarly before the end to set up Brahim DĆaz to add a fourth with a flourish.
Scorers:Ā Sayyadmanesh 84ā²
Leicester, who were already through prior to kick-off in Ukraine, responded to Mondayās shock loss to Fulham with another disappointing defeat.
Cengiz Ćnder and Wesley Fofana went closest to a Leicester goal on a night which saw Ricardo Pereira make his long-awaited return from injury for the Foxes.
But they were made to rue their misses with six minutes left when Allayar Sayyadmanesh turned it at the far post from a low ball across the face of the area for the only goal of the game.
