‘You don’t know anything’: Barcelona president Laporta asked about signing Kylian Mbappé | OneFootball

Footage centering on Barcelona president Joan Laporta has piqued widespread attentions online late this evening.

This comes after the Spanish patron was drawn on the possibility of Barcelona bringing in Kylian Mbappé with a view to next season.

The name of frontman Mbappé has of course taken its place centre stage in the Spanish media headlines across the week to date.

This comes amid the widespread understanding that the France international is primed to link up with Real Madrid, upon the expiration of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.

In turn, it will no doubt come of interest to supporters across Spain to hear of the aforementioned Joan Laporta, on Saturday, being questioned on the chances of world football’s most in-demand star instead making his way to Catalunya later this year.

Whilst signing autographs in the aftermath of Barcelona’s last-gasp victory over Celta Vigo this evening, Barca chief Laporta was instructed by a member of the club’s fanbase to ‘sign Mbappé’.

And the Spanish patron’s ensuing response has since caused quite the stir.

“You don’t know anything…” Laporta assured.
