Yeremy Pino has become the youngest player to feature for Villarreal in the Champions League.

In the match against Atalanta at the Estadio de la Cerámica, Yerem became the youngest player to take part in the Champions League representing Villarreal.

Yeremy took to the pitch against the Italian side aged 18 years, ten months and 22 days.

Yeremy has overtaken Xisco Nadal, currently a first-team delegate, as the youngest Villarreal player to make their Champions League debut.

Xisco did so on 22nd November 2005 at El Madigal, aged 19 years, four months and 24 days.
