Finland were came so close to upsetting the hosts and Iceland bow out of the competition after a rallying performance against Norway.

FULL TIME: NORWAY 4-3 ICELAND

Iceland make a valiant comeback attempt but it wasn't enough after Norway ran riot either side of half time to finish top of Group A.

FULL TIME: FINLAND 1-1 SWITZERLAND

The hosts make it through thanks to Xhemaili's late heroics.

GOAL ICELAND!

Glódís Perla Viggósdóttir steps up and lashes the penalty high into the net.

NORWAY RED CARD

It's a penalty to Iceland and Marit Bratberg Lund is dismissed for her challenge on Glódís Perla Viggósdóttir.

Penalty review for Iceland. Could they pull another goal back in injury time?

GOAL SWITZERLAND!!

Wow!!!!! They've drawn level. Géraldine Reuteler's shot is heading wide before Riola Xhemaili applies a poacher's finish. The home crowd has just erupted.

Seven minutes injury time. Can Switzerland get back into the game?

Alisha Lehmann then tries to curl a shot into the corner. Anna Koivunen has no trouble holding on to that one though.

BIG CHANCE SWITZERLAND!

Ana-Maria Crnogorcevic is left to meet a whipped cross into the box....but she can't direct her header on target. That was a huge opportunity!

Switzerland are trying to throw everything at Finland now to claw back into qualification contention. One minute of normal time remaining...

GOAL ICELAND

Iceland grab what will surely be a consolation to make it 4-2 with just a few minutes to go and Hlín Eiríksdóttir lashes in from close range.

And Norway will be crowned as group winners as they remain in control against Iceland.

As it stands in Group A, Finland will go through in second place on six points....if they hold on against Switzerland for the final 10 minutes.

FINLAND GOAL!!

Natalia Kuikka drills in the spot-kick and Finland are heading through as it stands!

NORWAY GOAL!

In between this penalty, Norway have just notched a fourth through Maanum.

PENALTY FINLAND!!

Oooh, a rash tackle from Viola Calligaris on Koivisto leads to a stonewall Finland penalty. Huge moment coming up!

It's been a fantastic evening for Norway's Gaupset, playing a hand in all three goals.

CHANCE SWITZERLAND

Smilla Vallotto is left unmarked inside the Finland area and she rises to meet a high cross into the area, but the attempt goes just over the bar.

Into the final 20 minutes and Switzerland currently look the more likely to score in this game. Finland must score to try and leapfrog the hosts into second spot.

CHANCE NORWAY

They're really going for a fourth as Frida Maanum's powerful shot is kept out by Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir.

More Switzerland pressure here and substitute Leila Wandeler shoots over from 25-yards.

CHANCE SWITZERLAND

Smilla Vallotto's low shot towards the bottom corner is comfortably saved by Anna Koivunen. Will this game open up late on?

Finland break into the box and Emma Koivisto is about to shoot but Peng bravely comes off her line to prevent the shot.

CHANCE ICELAND!

Goalscorer Sveindís Jane Jónsdóttir goes on a mazy solo run and almost finds the top corner with her resulting shot but it flies just over the bar.

GOAL NORWAY!

Frida Maanum caps a wonderful flowing move and fires the ball into the net for a decisive Norwegian third.

Finland look for an early breakthrough after half time and Oona Siren shoots over from distance.

SECOND HALF BEGINS

Both Group A matches are back underway for the second period.

Finland must find something in the second half to remain in the EUROs.

HALF TIME: NORWAY 2-1 ICELAND

Despite conceding in the opening 10 minutes, Norway have stormed back thanks to Gaupset's brace.

HALF TIME: FINLAND 0-0 SWITZERLAND

Goalless at the break and Switzerland are heading through as it stands.

What a save!

Finland so nearly take the lead moments before half time as Eveliina Summanen shins towards goal from close range but Peng gets down expertly to smother the shot. Has that saved the Swiss qualification attempt?

Norway, meanwhile, continue to control proceedings against Iceland after that early scare.

Finland-Switzerland has become very cagey over the last few minutes. This will suit the host nation, who currently remain in the second qualification spot in Group A.

CHANCE SWITZERLAND

Géraldine Reuteler's curling firs-time effort is a whisker away from finding the top corner. Not far away at all that one!

Norway continue to pepper the Iceland goal and Terland is next to line up a long-range strike that flies past the post.

GOAL NORWAY!

Wow, that was a special strike from Gaupset, who receives the ball on the edge of the area and unleashes a wonderful strike into the bottom corner. That was pinpoint!

CHANCE NORWAY

Norway have taken control of this game and Elisabeth Terland's turn and shot inside the area is saved by Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir.

CHANCE FINLAND

Finland's first attempt on goal comes from Oona Sevenius, who headers towards goal and forces Livia Peng into a reaction save.

GOAL NORWAY!

Iceland's lead only lasted for a matter of minutes and Signe Gaupset rifles a first time volley into the net from a corner.

CHANCE SWITZERLAND

Sydney Schertenleib whips a dangerous shot from 20-yards towards the top corner but Anna Koivunen is alert and parries to safety.

It stands, Iceland take an early 1-0 lead against Norway!

Oh wait, the goal is being looked at for a possible offside...
