

Xavi confirms his retirment from football

Barcelona and Spain legend Xavi has officially confirmed he will be ending his career next summer.
The 37-year-old is still playing in Qatar for Al Sadd but this season will be his last.
“It’s certainly my last year as a footballer,” said the midfielder.
A four-time Champions League winner and a World Cup winner with Spain in 2010, there is little Xavi has no achieved.
No player has played more times for Barcelona and a return could be on the cards, as he plans to take up coaching.
