Wright joins Norwich on loan

Jacob Wright has joined Norwich City on loan until the end of the 2024/25 season.

The 19-year-old has made four senior appearances for City in the past two seasons, and he will now continue his development at Carrow Road for the remainder of the campaign.

He made his debut for the Club as a substitute in our 5-0 win over Huddersfield Town in the FA Cup in January 2024, before playing his first Champions League game two months later as we defeated FC Copenhagen 3-1 at the Etihad.

He was part of the squad who travelled to the USA last summer – playing against Celtic, AC Milan, Barcelona and Chelsea.

He made two substitute appearances in this season’s League Cup – firstly in a 2-1 win over Watford and then in our 2-1 defeat away at Tottenham.
