Manchester City's Lauren Hemp has been named as October's Player of the Month in the Women's Super League.
City are currently top of the WSL having won four and drawn one of their opening five games this term.
And Hemp has been a large part of their success with the England forward in particularly fine form over the past month.
Goals against Aston Villa and West Ham as well as an assist in City's win over Liverpool have helped the Citizens hold off Chelsea at the top of the division.
Hemp beat off competition from the likes of Sophie Howard (Leicester), Johanna Rytting Kaneryd (Chelsea) and Nikita Parris (Brighton) for the gong.
