AFC Bournemouth DS, Blackpool and Derby County Academy went top of their Regional Leagues divisions, while many sides had FA Cup commitments.

EASTERN – Royston up to second

Premier –  Royston Town went second with a 5-1 midweek win over Haringey Borough in which Isabella Simmons hit a hat-trick, while Colney Heath beat Bowers & Pitsea 3-1 aided by Terri Harvey’s first-half brace.

EAST MIDLANDS – Rams Academy in pole position

1 South – The league’s sole fixture saw Derby County Academy hit hosts Coalville Town 6-0 in midweek, with braces by Rosie Hunt and Madeline Watkinson. The result sent the Rams top on goal-difference, ahead of Oadby & Wigston and Anstey Nomads.

NORTH EAST – York RI increase lead

1 South – York Railway Institute opened up a five-point lead with a fourth straight victory, after edging a seven-goal thriller at Barnsley FC Ladies. Hepworth United were 4-2 winners at Wakefield Trinity U-23s where Laura Brown scored three times.

NORTH WEST – Seasiders sitting pretty

1 North – Blackpool are new leaders after netting four second-half goals for a 5-1 result over Chorley DS, who slip to fourth. Penwortham Town went third when getting the only goal of the game at Carlisle United through Robyn Wojnarowski.

1 South – Mersey Valley sunk Alder 7-1 to get off the mark at the third attempt, Jessica Limb enjoying a five-goal haul.

SOUTHERN – Cherries on top

Division 1 – AFC Bournemouth DS put six past Abbey Rangers to lead the table, Charlotte Eastman scoring a quick double.

SOUTH WEST – Chipping chop down leaders

1 East – Chipping Sodbury Town overcame leaders Warminster Town in a 7-4 goalfest, Izzie Smart finding the net three times for the victors who had been pegged back to 4-3 early in the second half. Swindon Town DS won at Frome Town with a Summer Williams goal close to the interval.

WEST MIDLANDS – Darlaston and Wyrley gain ground

1 North – Darlaston Town are third having won 2-0 at Coventry City, Laura Avery and Emily Smith on target. Wyrley went fourth following a 3-2 success at Port Vale, in which they got the decider in the last half-hour.

1 South – Rugby Town banked a first point in a 3-3 draw at Cookley Sports, thanks to three goals from Chloe Debaes.
