The latest batch of women’s pre-season friendlies featured several high-scoring thrillers, including a 5-5 draw.

Actonians 2-4 Chichester & Selsey AFC Sudbury 2-0 Newmarket Town AFC Wimbledon A-A Portsmouth

Portsmouth led 2-0 with goals by Cherelle Khassal and a trialist but the game was abandoned on 32 minutes due to a storm.

Andover New Street 0-3 Swindon Town DS Barnsley 10-0 Farsley Celtic JFC Ladies

It was just 2-0 at half-time but the Tykes scored three in quick succession before the drinks break in the second period to make it 5-0.
