Barcelona will face Lyon FĂ©minines in the Womenâs Champions League final after their respective results on Sunday.
Here is a breakdown of what transpiredâŠ
Barcelona 1-0 Bayern Munich (2-0 on aggregate)
The Blaugrana brought a 1-0 first leg lead back to the Miniestadi, which set a new attendance record for a womenâs game.
It appeared set for a stalemate at the interval before Mariona Caldentey tucked away a penalty to put her side in front.
Kheira Hamraoui, who scored in the first leg, saw red for the hosts with 20 minutes remaining, while Sandro Paños was called upon to make an excellent save.
However, Barcelona held out for a 2-0 aggregate win to reach their first ever Champions League final.
Chelsea 1-1 Lyon Féminines (2-3 on aggregate)
With a 2-1 first leg lead, the holders were aware of the importance of the first goal and they got it after 16 minutes.
Eugénie Le Sommer made room in the area and fired the ball beyond Ann-Katrin Berger but a Ji So-Yun levelled for the Blues before half-time.
Striking the post in the second half was as close as Emma Hayesâ side got to an equaliser as they bowed out in agonising fashion against the holders, who are chasing a fourth straight triumph.
