Wolves sign striker Saša Kalajdžić from Stuttgart | OneFootball

Wolves have confirmed the signing of 6ft7in striker Saša Kalajdžić from Bundesliga side Stuttgart.

The 25-year-old has signed a five-year deal at Molineux with the Premier League club paying £15.4m (or €18m) for his services, according to The Athletic.

Kalajdžić moved to Stuttgart from Admira Wacker in 2019, and revelled in his first season in the Bundesliga in 2020/21, scoring 16 goals.

“We are very happy to secure the signing of Sasa, who is a talented young striker, has many excellent attributes to his game and fits the profile that we have been looking for this summer,” revealed Wolves technical director Scott Sellars.

“Sasa has had great success in Germany’s Bundesliga, and we are looking forward to seeing what he can do in the Premier League.”

A shoulder injury saw him miss the first half of last season before he came back to score six goals in 15 appearances.
