Serie A side Lazio seem rather set to lose goalkeeper Christos Mandas, with Premier League Wolves having come forward for the Greek goalkeeper.
Recent days have seen Wolves get linked with Mandas and Il Messaggero today have a significant update about the situation of the 22-year-old.
Wolves have, it is reported, put forward an offer of €20m for the player and it is something Claudio Lotito’s club will find very difficult to say ‘no’ to,
That amount is exactly what Lazio wanted to sell the player and one key reason for it is the capital gain they will earn from the exit, as the Greece man arrived from Crete for a fee that was less than €1 million. The exit presents a huge capital gain and the likelihood is that Lazio will not look to sign another goalkeeper and use the funds elsewhere.
Mandas’ exit is now on the cards.
