Julen Lopetegui continues to boost Wolves’ squad this winter transfer window with the arrival of João Gomes on Monday.
The 21-year-old midfielder joins the Premier League side from Brazilian giants Flamengo until 2028.

Wolves reportedly paid up to €18m for the dynamic youngster.
Despite his budding career, Gomes made 117 senior appearances for the Rubro-Negro helping them win five titles, including the Copa Libertadores in 2022.
However, his desire to play in the top flight in England led to the switch despite having a long-term contract with Flamengo.
Gomes will compete against Matheus Nunes (24) and João Moutinho (36) for playing time as Wolves look to improve from 17th in the table.
