Wolfsburg have confirmed Florian Kohfeldt has their new coach on a contract until 2023.
Former boss Mark van Bommel was relieved of his duties at the Volkswagen Arena on Sunday after overseeing an indifferent start to their Bundesliga campaign.

Defeat to Freiburg at the weekend was the final straw with the Wolves currently ninth in the table.
But now the club have revealed that Kohfeldt will take charge for at least the next 18 months.
The 39-year-old was last seen at Werder Bremen where he was in charge for four years.
