That was… painful.

Chelsea have just lost 3-2 to West Ham, and it was a game that stung on so many levels.

Not only should we have won, we lost because we gave away some truly awful and avoidable goals.

What really adds to the sickening feeling is the way that it feels like it’s put us out of the title race. After sloppy draws against Man U and Burnley, this one is even more costly.

It continues a bad habit we have of falling apart once things get cold. We thought this team was different, but it seems like our old mistakes are creeping back in.

All we can do now is hope that our rivals slip up. Both Man City and Liverpool look like total machines at the moment, and we can’t see them letting two leads slip as we just did.
