Willy Boly has put pen to paper on a new contract with Nottingham Forest, which will see him stay at the City Ground until the summer of 2026.
The Ivory Coast international, who joined from Wolves back in 2022, has featured 45 times for Forest and remains a reliable option in Nuno Espírito Santo’s squad.
His deal was set to expire at the end of June, but after putting in a string of solid performances, including nine appearances last season, the club opted to extend his stay for another year.
That said, Boly’s game time has mostly come in cup competitions, with three of his four starts last season in domestic cups, suggesting he's currently more of a squad player.
Murillo, Nikola Milenkovic, and Morato are all currently ahead of him in the pecking order.
After finishing seventh last season, Forest booked their place in the UEFA Conference League, marking their return to European football for the first time since the 1995-96 campaign.
