Willian Pacho joins Eintracht Frankfurt | OneFootball

The 21-year-old defender will arrive in Frankfurt on 1 July 2023.

Eintracht Frankfurt are driving forward their plans for next season by strengthening the squad with the signing of Willian Pacho. The Ecuadorian moves from Belgian top-flight side Royal Antwerp FC and has agreed a contract until 2028.

Pacho started his career at Independiente del Valle, making 40 competitive appearances for the Ecuadorian first division side and helping the club win their first ever league title in 2021. He also made 11 outings in the Copa Libertadores, South America's elite club competition. After enjoying two successful years in his homeland, in January 2022 Pacho moved to Antwerp – Eintracht's UEFA Europa League group stage opponents in 2021/22. He has so far played 42 games for the Belgian team, most of which over the full 90 minutes.
