His previous accomplishments, which include turning Hoffenheim into a top-tier Bundesliga team and leading RB Leipzig to their first-ever Champions League semifinal, have demonstrated his ability to get the best out of his players. Under his guidance, Bayern continued their domestic dominance, consistently competing for Bundesliga titles and other domestic trophies. Nagelsmann’s impact on Bayern Munich’s European campaign was substantial, but he was sacked before he could achieve anything on that level.

One of Luis Enrique’s defining features as a manager is his attacking style of play. He encourages his teams to play with flair and creativity and to attack relentlessly. This philosophy aligns with Chelsea‘s style of play, which is based on fast-paced attacking football.

On the other hand, one of the standout aspects of Nagelsmann’s coaching has been his tactical nous. His preferred style of play is an aggressive, high-pressing game, which often involves a fluid formation that can quickly transition between attack and defence.

Nagelsmann’s ability to develop young talents has been another significant factor in his success. By nurturing and providing opportunities for up-and-coming players like Jamal Musiala and Alphonso Davies, he has demonstrated his commitment to the long-term success of the club.

The Blues have a number of young players, and Nagelsmann would be a perfect fit to nurture their development at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea should consider appointing Nagelsmann over Enrique, looking at the long-term future of the club.
