Despite Óscar Jiménez earning a pair of clean sheets in four games (five goals allowed), América fans will be desperate for Memo Ochoa to return for the Liguilla as they have only won once in his absence.
Thankfully for them, they now know when he should be back between the sticks.
According to several Mexican sources, Guillermo Ochoa will start for América when they face Tigres this Sunday in an extremely important Matchday 16 duel.
With the top-four teams earning a first-round bye in the post-season, the stakes could not be higher as Las Águilas find themselves in fourth place on 28 points while Tigres are one point back in fifth.
América could clinch their top-four place should they earn all three points and Rayados fail to defeat Cruz Azul.
