Chelsea are potentially 90 minutes away from becoming world champions after dispatching Fluminense in a dominant display in their last-four clash.

Enzo Maresca’s side now wait to see who they will face, with a finale meeting with either Real Madrid or European champions Paris Saint-Germain in their sights.
