When Chelsea’s eliminated stars will return to action after World Cup | OneFootball

The World Cup has only just reached the fun bit, but we’re already thinking about the return of club football in just a couple of weeks.

Graham Potter is in his winter training camp in Dubai with all of his fit players who weren’t at the tournament, while we’ve now getting reports on when others may come to join up.

After a couple of quiet weeks the Athletic are back with their inside information on Chelsea, and they’ve got a real spicy one today. They said that the players already out of the World Cup will have a brief holiday and link up with the squad back at Cobham as soon as next week – giving them a good chance of being ready for Chelsea’s return to action on the 27th.

While that means early returns for Kai Havertz, Edouard Mendy, Cesar Azpilicueta, Christian Pulisic and Denis Zakaria, there will still be 6 Blues out there in Qatar.
