An insight into the predicted extent of new Real Madrid signing Kylian Mbappé’s participation in the club’s next competitive outing has today been provided.
Real, of course, are set to kick the club’s season proper into gear next week.
As much will come by way of a meeting with Serie A outfit Atalanta, in the UEFA Super Cup finale in Warsaw.
The matchup will act as something of a gauge of Los Blancos’ level heading into the new campaign, as well as a first shot at silverware for the club’s latest crop of recruits.
Carlo Ancelotti’s squad has been added to by way of attackers Endrick and the aforementioned Kylian Mbappé this summer.
Both are in contention to feature against Atalanta, having returned from their respective summer vacations in excellent physical condition.
In the case of Mbappé, though, it is beginning to look increasingly likely that he will be in from the off next Wednesday.
The France international took part in his first outdoor training session at Valdebebas on Thursday, alongside the likes of Jude Bellingham, Ferland Mendy and Eduardo Camavinga.
And, according to Relevo, Mbappé wasted little time in making his presence felt, thoroughly impressing his teammates and coaching staff alike.
In turn, it is considered that, upon Real Madrid’s starting XI to face Atalanta being unveiled in Warsaw, the 25-year-old is increasingly likely to be included.
