Francesco Acerbi insists he didn’t say anything racist to Juan Jesus, but according to Gazzetta, his future at Inter may depend on the sports judge’s decision.

The FIGC Prosecutor will hear Acerbi and Juan Jesus on Thursday or Friday after the Napoli defender accused the Italy and Inter centre-back of calling him a ‘n***o during a Serie A meeting at the Stadio Meazza on Sunday.

Acerbi explained his version to Inter directors on Tuesday and according to a report on Wednesday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport on page four, he insisted he didn’t say anything racist.

Acerbi told Inter directors he said: ‘Ti faccio nero’ is a typical Italian expression that means ‘I’ll kick your a**’ and that is not racist.

Inter believe and trust their defender but according to Gazzetta, they may take action if the 36-year-old receives a lengthy ban.

If it happens, then Acerbi could be fined and Inter may consider his future at the club.
