West Ham United are facing a battle to sign Jesse Lingard on a permanent deal.
The Manchester United man is on loan with the Hammers until the end of this season.
His form means that manager David Moyes wants to tie him down permanently, but that is proving difficult.
According to Calciomercato, Lingard is also wanted by Nice in France.
The Ligue 1 club are impressed with his work at West Ham since January, and may bid for him in the summer.
The 28-year-old could even stay at Manchester United if he is promised game time by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
