West Ham United are ‘weighing up’ taking a forward that they have been offered on an initial loan, according to ExWHUemployee.
The Hammers are desperately hunting attacking reinforcements due to injury issues which have seen the likes of Niclas Fullkrug and Jarrod Bowen sidelined.
A host of forwards are being offered to the London Stadium outfit for their consideration and now they have had a familiar name sent their way.
Agents have offered West Ham the chance to sign former Lyon and Fulham striker Moussa Dembele, who plays in Saudi Arabia for Steven Gerrard’s Al Ettifaq.
It is suggested he could join West Ham on a loan deal with an option to then make the move permanent.
West Ham are ‘weighing up’ whether to proceed with a possible swoop.
Moves involving Saudi Arabian clubs can have tax issues and that can make the deals more complex.
Dembele, 28, has made 15 appearances in the Saudi Pro League so far this season and hit the back of the net on six occasions.
