The English defender has been a rock at the back based on his average of 1.3 tackles, 1.0 interceptions and 4.6 clearances per 90 minutes in the Premier League. He has even taken care of the ball when distributing possession from inside his half after making 83% of his attempted passes in the English first division (stats via whoscored).

Kilman is under contract at Wolves until the summer of 2028. Hence, West Ham would find it difficult to convince the Midlands club to part ways with their prized asset this month.

Should West Ham United Boss David Moyes Go For Kilman?

Kilman is a solid tackler of the ball can time his challenges well to secure possession back for his side on the defensive third of the pitch. He doesn’t hesitate to put his foot through the ball when needed and is proficient at playing his way out from the back.

The English sensation can use his towering 1.94m frame to dominate the opposition attackers in the air. At 26, he is about to enter his prime soon and has what it takes to make an immediate impact at the London Stadium if West Ham manage to bring him on board before the end of this month. The talented defender knows the Premier League well by now and won’t take any time to adjust to life at the London club.

the Hammers compete across all fronts over the next few years. With all things considered, the East London outfit should focus on going for Kilman in this winter transfer period.
