Carlos Soler moving to West Ham United could occur soon as the summer transfer window enters its final stages. The 27-year-old is looking for another club that can probably offer him a more prominent role than what he has at Paris Saint-Germain.

Soler has been in the transfer spotlight this summer after becoming more of a rotational player at PSG. After watching Spain win UEFA Euro 2024, the former Valencia star is likely eager to join a club where he can be a regular starter and get back into contention for the national team.

Earlier this month, L’Equipe reported that West Ham United, Brighton, and Real Sociedad are all interested in Soler. Nonetheless, the Hammers have taken the lead on this file over Brighton and Real Sociedad.

Foot Mercato reports that West Ham and PSG are discussing a loan deal for Soler that includes a mandatory purchase option worth over €20 million.

In the 2023-24 season, Soler made 26 appearances in all competitions for the French club, scoring once and contributing four assists.
