West Ham United are digging in their heels regarding Declan Rice.
The defensive midfielder has not signed a new contract with the club.
While Chelsea are showing the keenest interest in Rice this summer, West Ham are not willing to sell.
According to The Mirror, Rice has been informed he is not leaving under any circumstances this summer.
Chelsea are desperate to make a marquee signing, and see Rice as one who could improve manager Thomas Tuchel's team immediately.
New owner Todd Boehly wants to sign Rice, but West Ham will not consider anything other than an outlandish offer of more than £150 million.
