West Bromwich Albion are growing confident of sealing a transfer for Derby County captain Tom Lawrence.
The winger is attracting interest from several clubs, while Derby would sell for a cut-price fee given their present financial situation.
According to the Daily Mail, the Baggies are likely to sell Matheus Pereira or keeper Sam Johnstone to raise £15 million ahead of the new season.
Some of that money could go towards the signing of Lawrence, with the 27-year-old ex-Manchester United man impressing last term.
Lawrence managed 22 appearances last term, netting three goals as Derby narrowly avoided relegation from the Championship.
