With just days remaining of the transfer window, Bayern Munich’s Christoph Freund has hinted that the reigning Bundesliga champions could make an addition or two before Monday’s deadline.

Speaking exclusively to Sky Germany journalist Kerry Hau, Freund said: “We’re not ruling anything out. Talks are taking place. A lot always happens on the market in the final days of the window. We’re involved, we’re in talks.”

In addition to Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson, Bayern Munich are also interested in bringing Tyrique George to the club. Florian Plettenberg adds that there will be no permanent transfers before Monday, only loan deals. When it comes to Jackson, talks between Chelsea and Bayern Munich are in the final stages, but it remains to be seen how much the loan fee will be, and whether or not an option to buy will be included. As for George, RB Leipzig, Roma, and two unnamed UK clubs are interested in signing the 19-year-old winger, according to Plettenberg.
