Watford will be looking to make it two victories from two under the stewardship of new manager Slaven Bilic when they welcome Swansea City to Vicarage Road tomorrow.

The Hornets ran out as 4-0 winners at Stoke City on Sunday, returning an impressive performance and subsequent result to inflict further misery on the Potters.

Tomorrow’s opponents will also be full of confidence after what was a thrilling 3-2 victory over West Brom at the weekend, with the Swans winning three of their last four Championship matches.

Russell Martin’s side currently sit three points and five positions outside of the second tier play-offs and will be hoping to close that gap whilst in Hertfordshire.

Did Watford win, lose or draw the last time they played at Goodison Park?

Win Lose Draw

Sharing his score prediction for tomorrow night’s clash via his Sky Sports column, David Prutton believes the Bilic era will continue strengthening and he has opted for a 2-0 victory for the hosts.

The verdict

Watford will be hoping to kick on now and compete with the likes of Norwich City and Sheffield United, with the ultimate objective being to achieve promotion back to the Premier League.

Of course, as they have found out already, it will not be plain sailing, but spirits will be lifted and confidence levels will be high ahead of another important clash.

Bilic is a manager who knows how to get success from this division, however, Swansea’s possession-based style of play may be something he has not come up against before.

Watford should be able to go on and secure all three points but the Championship has already proven to throw in some surprises.
