Watch: Real Madrid defender Jacobo Ramón completes medical ahead of Como move

Spanish centre-back Jacobo Ramón has completed his medical tests ahead of a proposed move from Real Madrid to Serie A side Como.

The 20-year-old Spaniard played four times for the La Liga giants in the 2024-25 campaign, scoring a late winner for the club against Mallorca in May.
