"When are we flying to Korea?" - The question's not just relevant for the entire FC Bayern delegation a few days before they depart on the Audi Summer Tour 2024 in Seoul, but also for Minjae Kim in our new video. The centre-back has been playing for the German record champions since July 2023 and has been busy practising German ever since to be able to communicate even better in his new home. We accompanied him with the camera during a German lesson, which included the question above.

Today's lesson with German teacher Max Steegmüller is all about tenses and text comprehension, which Minjae handles in his usual cheerful manner. A practice text in the clip is about a trip to Liverpool, but for the 27-year-old and his teammates, the tour to South Korea, Minjae's home country, is next on the agenda. Next Wednesday, 31 July, FC Bayern will take off for Seoul. Let's go - or, to use Minjae's words at the start of the German lesson: "Auf geht's!"
