Former Fulham and Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer presents Laurence Thomas with his first cap for Australia.

Schwarzer was able to present Thomas with his first cap for Australia during their World Cup qualifying programme last week. Thomas now plays in Denmark with SønderjyskE and had previous spells in England with Coventry City and Sheffield United.

Schwarzer had words of support and encouragement for Thomas, who at 29 years of age becomes one of the older players to earn a first cap with Australia.
