Barcelona are in the next round of the Copa del Rey after defeating Catalan side Cornellà, with both goals coming in extra time. Barcelona, as expected, struggled to create much in the game, and missed the chance to take the lead on two key occasions during the 90 minutes, with both Miralem Pjanić and Ousmane Dembélé missing penalties. But it was the latter who would put Barça ahead early into extra time, followed by a late Martin Braithwaite goal to seal the deal.

Ronald Koeman was frustrated after the game, and rightly so, as his side once more failed to take key chances during the game, as we took it to extra time for the third successive match, a new record in Barça’s history.
