Axel Disasi hit the headlines before the international break for his comical own goal in Chelsea’s FA Cup quarter final with Leicester City.
But the defender appeared to have atoned for that mistake by opening the scoring in Saturday’s Premier League encounter against Burnley.
Disasi put Mauricio Pochettino’s side ahead by meeting Mykhailo Mudryk’s cross to the far post with a header.
Or so he thought.
The France international’s joy was short-lived as a VAR review deemed that he had actually handled the ball in the build-up.
Was it a good call from Stockley Park or was the Blues’ defender unlucky?
