Bradley Barcola (21) and Warren Zaire-Emery (18) were both present at Paris Saint-Germain first-team training on Friday, however, it is thought that neither will play a part against Clermont Foot on Saturday.

Zaire-Emery was injured during PSG’s 1-0 Coupe de France victory over Stade Rennais on Wednesday. The France international was withdrawn in the second half and required strapping on his calf and thigh. However, post-match, Luís Enrique downplayed the significance of the injury, stating that it was merely a simple “hit”.

However, RMC Sport understands that no risks will be taken with Zaire-Emery ahead of Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League encounter against Barcelona. There was also good news regarding Barcola, who has been out with a hamstring injury since the international break.

It had been thought that the former Olympique Lyonnais winger could miss PSG’s tie against Barcelona, however, speaking at Friday’s press conference, Luís Enrique provided a positive update. “Barcola has just had his first training session and he is feeling good,” said the Spaniard.
